User can Zoom in particular image on screen.
User can select any image as a device home on placing just one click.

Set wallpaper- Allows applications to set the wallpaper

Access network state- Allows applications to access information about networks
Access fine location- Allows an application to access fine (e.g., GPS) location
Access coarse location- Allows an application to access coarse (e.g., Cell-ID, WiFi) location
