App Stats is an Android developer tool which allows you to check application stats and comments from one place and notifies you of new ratings and comments.
NOTE - New feature for rooted phones lets you search copy protected and 2.2 only apps. To try this, go to settings from the main menu. Email us if it does not work!

Application Permissions:
Get accounts- Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service
Use credentials- Allows an application to request authtokens from the AccountManager
Internet- Allows applications to open network sockets.
Write external storage- Allows an application to write to external storage
Receive boot completed- Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Wake lock- Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming
Read phone state- Allows read only access to phone state.
Access coarse location- Allows an application to access coarse (e.g., Cell-ID, WiFi) location
Vibrate- Allows access to the vibrator
